Bootlegger Brewing Kombucha — the brand Jake built and grew into the largest kombucha brand in the Midwest by volume, before founding Auroch Canning in 2024 to give other growing brands the production partner he wished he'd had.
Hemp beverage manufacturing doesn't leave room for loose documentation. That discipline — QA, lab submissions, traceability — carries over to every product we run. Our quality assurance team is certified by the International HACCP Alliance.
