Jake Haneman left an aerospace engineering career to found Bootlegger Brewing Kombucha in 2016, and grew it into the largest kombucha brand in the Midwest by volume. In 2024, he founded Auroch Canning to give growing beverage brands the production partner he wished he'd had: one built by people who've actually made and scaled a beverage brand, not just packed one.
